Warranty
Manufacturer cover on every appliance we sell, and our own cover on the solar systems we install.

Appliances and electronics
We are an authorised reseller, so everything we sell carries the manufacturer's own Nigerian warranty, the same cover, the same service centres, and the same parts you would get buying direct.
Cover runs from the date of delivery and its length is set by the manufacturer, not by us. It is printed on the warranty card in the box.
You do not need to come back to us first. If it is easier, take the item and its receipt to the brand's own service centre. If you would rather we handled it, call us with your order number and we will take it from there.
What a manufacturer warranty covers
Manufacturing defects and component failures under normal domestic use.
It does not cover:
- damage from power surges where no stabiliser or surge protection was used
- damage from water, fire, pests, or being dropped
- repairs or modifications by anyone other than an authorised engineer
- wear on consumable parts - filters, seals, lamps, remote batteries
- cosmetic marks that do not affect how the appliance works
Our solar packages
We design these systems, source the components and install them ourselves, so the cover is ours as well as the manufacturers'.
- Installation and workmanship: 12 months from commissioning. If something we did is wrong, we come back and fix it at no cost.
- Panels, inverters, batteries and controllers: covered by their own manufacturers, for their own terms. Lithium batteries and panels usually carry the longest cover of anything in the system.
Keep the commissioning sheet we leave with you. It records what was installed and when, and it is what a warranty claim is assessed against.
What voids solar cover
- work on the system by anyone we did not send
- adding load beyond what the system was sized for
- moving the panels, batteries or inverter from where they were installed
- running the system without the protection we fitted
Making a claim
Call or email with your order number and a description of what is happening; a photo or a short video of the fault gets it moving faster than a description does.
