Who you are buying from

EcoPulse Technologies, Lagos, Nigeria, trading at shop.ecopulsetech.com. We are an authorised reseller of Fouani Nigeria's appliance and electronics brands, and we design, supply and install our own solar packages.

Placing an order

Putting an order through this site is an offer to buy. The contract between us starts when we confirm the order by email, not when the payment page succeeds.

We may decline an order. The honest reasons are the only ones we use: the item has gone out of stock, the price was wrong, we cannot deliver to where you are, or we cannot verify the payment. If we decline after taking payment, you get all of it back.

Prices and mistakes

Prices are in naira and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is calculated at checkout, shown before you pay, and recorded on your order.

A catalogue this size occasionally carries a wrong price. If the error is obvious and we spot it before dispatch, we will contact you and you can confirm at the right price or cancel for a full refund. We will not quietly charge you the difference.

Stock

We show what our supplier has. Stock moves, and occasionally an item sells out between your order and our warehouse. When that happens we tell you the same day and offer an alternative, a wait, or your money back.

Payment

Card and bank transfer through Paystack. We also take transfers, cash and POS for orders arranged by phone or in person; those are recorded against the same order and are receipted the same way.

Goods remain ours until they are paid for in full. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Nigeria. The fee depends on where you are and how big the item is, and it is shown before you pay. Orders over ₦1,200,000 are delivered free.

Delivery windows are estimates, not promises. Roads, weather and fuel move them. We will tell you when something has slipped rather than let you wonder.

Somebody over 18 has to be there to receive an appliance, and delivery is to the door, not up stairs, and not into a fitted position, unless installation was part of what you bought.

Installation

Where installation is included, we will agree a date after delivery. You are responsible for the site being ready: a sound roof or wall, safe access, and working earth and mains where the system needs them. If we arrive and cannot work, we will rebook, and a second wasted visit is chargeable.

Returns and warranty

Covered by our returns policy and our warranty policy, which form part of these terms.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for delivering what you bought, in working order, and for the work our engineers do. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Beyond that, our liability for any one order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for lost income, lost data, or spoiled goods arising from an appliance failing or a delivery running late.

Using this site

The product photography and specifications on this site are supplied by the manufacturers and remain theirs. Everything else, our own copy, our package designs and our branding, is ours. Do not scrape, resell or republish either.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction. Talk to us first: almost everything is settled with a phone call.
